Knit 1, Purl 2

I've been on a knitting kick lately. I'm just starting to branch out into patterns and shaping, but mostly still knit square things. My goal is that no one in the family will be scarfless. Here's Micah modeling the scarf Mama made him.

I've also knitted some fuzzy scarves and baby booties to be sold at the Sigma Beta booth at the Shakerag Craft Fair next week. Watch out or I'll knit you something too!

Looks terrific!

(You ought to check out "Bits and Pieces" one of the blogs in my side-bar under the "Friends in the Blogosphere" category...she is an accomplished knitter!)

Wow I love those booties! Would you willing to share the pattern. I just leaned to knit about a year ago and I love it!

I found the pattern online here: http://home.howstuffworks.com/free-baby-bootie-knitting-patterns2.htm. It knits up pretty quickly.

Great job! I had ambitions of being a great knitter, but gave up after I got my first blister. I have a pot holder to show for all my investment in fancy yarns & needles. Oh well! I'll lead the craft to talented people like you! Love the booties!
